13. Limitation of Liability
    We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential

Independent Contractor Agreement for Affiliate Program

1. Introduction
   This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered
   into between (Company) and (applicant).
2. Engagement
   Company engages Affiliate as an independent contractor to promote
   Company’s products/services through Affiliate’s marketing efforts..
3. Obligations of the Affiliate
   3.1 Marketing and Promotion: Affiliate agrees to use best efforts to
   market and promote Company’s products/services in a manner that
   reflects favorably upon the Company.
   3.2 Compliance: Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and
   regulations in the promotion of Company’s products/services.
   3.3 Use of Company Materials: Affiliate may use Company-provided
   marketing materials, including but not limited to banners, text links,
   and promotional content, solely for the purpose of promoting
   Company’s products/services.
4. Compensation
   4.1 Commission: Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission for
   each qualified sale made through Affiliate’s unique affiliate links. The
   commission rate and payment terms will be outlined separately and
   may be subject to change with notice.
   4.2 Payment: Payments will be made on a monthly basis,
   provided that Affiliate’s earned commission exceeds a minimum
   threshold, as specified in the affiliate agreement.
5. Relationship of the Parties
   5.1 Independent Contractor: This Agreement does not create an
   employer-employee relationship. Affiliate is an independent
   contractor and is solely responsible for taxes, insurance, and other
   obligations.
   5.2 No Authority: Affiliate has no authority to enter into contracts or
   agreements on behalf of the Company.
6. Termination
   Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by
   providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination,
   Affiliate shall cease using Company materials and return any
   Company property.
7. Confidentiality
   Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information provided by
   the Company and not to disclose or use such information
   for any purpose other than the performance of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of your Jurisdiction.
9. Entire Agreement
   This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
   parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, between
   the parties.
   IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
   Independent Contractor Agreement.
